Managing Fleet (Member & Group)

Before You Start #

⚠️ This section applies to users on the Pro Plan or Enterprise Plan only.

Members #

Members are the people who manage or operate dashcams within your fleet.

AdminCan manage multiple groups and their dashcams
DriverAssigned to dashcams, with limited access

Groups #

Groups are used to organize members and dashcams by team, location, or any other structure. 

  • Each group can have multiple Admins
  • The number of Drivers that can be assigned per dashcam depends on your plan. 
  • A dashcam can belong to multiple groups at the same time
Get Started in 3 Easy Steps #

1️⃣ Invite Members and Assign Roles #

  1. Go to Members > Invite Member
  2. Enter the member’s email address
  3. Select a role: Admin or Driver
  4. Click Send Invite

💡 Both Owners and Admins can invite Admins. Admins can also remove Admins they invited. The number of Admins available depends on your plan.

2️⃣ Create a Group #
  1. Go to Groups > Add Group
  2. Enter a Group Name
  3. Click Add

💡 Both Owners and Admins can create, rename, and delete groups.

3️⃣ Assign Dashcams and Drivers #
  • Select the group you want to manage
  • Add one or more Admins to the group 
  • Add dashcams to the group
    • Both Owners and Admins can add or delete dashcams
  • Assign Drivers to dashcams
    💡 The number of Drivers that can be assigned depends on your plan.
