The Playback feature allows you to view recorded videos stored in the dashcam.
Available options vary depending on the dashcam type and connection status.
Playback by Dashcam Type #
Available playback options vary depending on the dashcam’s connection status and type.
1. Online Camera (Cloud Connected)
The dashcam is actively connected to the cloud.
You can remotely access recorded footage through both the FLEETA app and the web viewer.
2. Offline Camera (Cloud Disconnected)
The dashcam is registered to the cloud but is currently disconnected.
Since it is not connected to the cloud, you can access playback by connecting to the dashcam via Direct Wi-Fi using the FLEETA app.
Once the dashcam reconnects to the cloud, you can remotely access recorded footage through both the FLEETA app and the web viewer.
3. Activation Required Camera
The dashcam has cloud connection information configured, but has not yet been activated through the app.
You can access playback by connecting to the dashcam via Direct Wi-Fi using the FLEETA app.
4. Cloud Unregistered Camera
The dashcam is not registered to the cloud and operates as a local camera connected only via Wi-Fi in close proximity.
You can access playback by connecting to the dashcam via Direct Wi-Fi using the FLEETA app.
How to Access Playback #

Go to the camera card and tap the SD Card Playback button.
- Cloud Unregistered camera requires a Direct Wi-Fi connection.
- You’ll see a list of recorded videos saved on the dashcam.
Video Type #
Filter by video categories such as normal, event, parking, or manual recordings.
Selecting a video type filters the list to show only matching videos.


More Options #

Tap the three-dot button next to a video to access additional options:
- Download the video to your phone or PC
- Upload to FLEETA Drive (Cloud Storage)
- Delete the video from the dashcam
The availability of these options depends on your member role (Owner, Admin, or Driver).
