Manging Members

The Members menu allows you to invite, view, and manage Admins and Drivers in your fleet.

Inviting a Member #

1. Go to Members from the side navigation bar.
2. Click + Invite Member.
3. Enter the member’s email and select a role (Admin or Driver).

 

The role cannot be changed once sent. To change it, delete and re-invite the member.

  • The invited member appears with Pending status and updates once accepted.
  • There is no limit to the number of Admins that can be invited.
  • Admins can now invite and remove Admins, not just Owners.

Managing Pending Invitations #

  • Invitations remain in Pending status until accepted. Pending members can also be pre-assigned to groups and cameras.
  • If the invitation is not accepted within 3 days, the status automatically changes to Expired.
  • For users with Expired status, click Resend to send the invitation email again.

Viewing Member Details & Permissions #

Click on a member to view details:

  • Admins: See the group(s) they belong to.
  • Drivers: See both group(s) and camera(s) assigned.

If the member is an Admin:

  • Click Permissions    to adjust access.
  • Admins may now appear under multiple groups.
  • In groups with multiple Admins, use left/right arrows to navigate.
  • If no Drivers exist (or Driver permissions are restricted), inactive/empty states are shown.

Deleting Members #

Admins can now delete other Admins they invited.

  • To delete one: click > Delete.
  • To delete multiple: select checkboxes and click.

Deleting expired or unaccepted invites frees up camera slots.
