Before You Start
Members #
People who manage or operate dashcams.
Roles include:
- Owner: Full control over the account, members, groups, and dashcams
- Admin: Can now manage multiple groups and their dashcams (not limited to one group).
- Driver: Assigned to dashcams, with limited access
Groups #
Used to organize members and dashcams by team, location, or other structure.
- Each group can now have multiple Admins.
- There is no longer a limit on the number of Drivers that can be assigned per group or per dashcam.
- [Note] A dashcam can now belong to multiple groups at the same time.
Get Started in 3 Easy Steps
1️⃣ Invite Members and Assign Roles #
1. Go to Members > Invite Member.
2. Enter the member’s email address.
3. Select a role:
- Admin
- Driver
4. Click Send Invite.
[💡Note]
- Both Owners and Admins can now invite Admins.
- Admins can also remove Admins they invited.
- There is no limit on how many Admins can be invited.
2️⃣ Create a Group #
1. Go to Groups > Add Group.
2. Enter a Group Name.
3. Click Add.
💡Both Owners and Admins can create, rename, and delete groups.
3️⃣ Assign Dashcams and Drivers #
- Select the group you want to manage.
- Add one or more Admins to the group (multiple Admins supported).

Add Dashcams to the group.
- Both Owners and Admins can register or delete dashcams.
- Both Owners and Admins can register or delete dashcams.

Assign Drivers to dashcams
💡Any number of Drivers can be assigned.
