Cloud Storage

FLEETA supports cloud storage for both Wi-Fi and Cloud-connected dashcams, allowing you to store, manage, and review important footage centrally from the web viewer and mobile app.

Types of Cloud Storage #

FLEETA provides two types of cloud storage:

• FLEETA Drive
  A personal storage space where you can manually upload and save important videos from your dashcam.
• Live Event Upload (Cloud-connected dashcams only)
  Event videos such as impact or motion detection are automatically uploaded to the cloud in real time.

Storage Capacity #

• Wi-Fi Dashcams
  Receive 1GB of free cloud storage per device for FLEETA Drive uploads.
• Cloud-connected Dashcams
  Receive 15GB cloud storage per cloud cameras.

Uploading to FLEETA Drive (Manual Upload) #

You can upload important recordings from any dashcam to FLEETA Drive for safekeeping:

1. Open the Playback screen from the camera card (Wi-Fi or Cloud).
2. Tap the ⋮ (More) icon next to the desired video.
3. Select Upload to FLEETA Drive.
   
4. Choose the camera view (front/rear) and video quality, then confirm.

Uploaded files will appear in FLEETA Drive. You can check it in both the web viewer and mobile app.

Saving Event Videos Permanently #

Videos in the Live Event Upload tab are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted 30 days after upload.

To keep important videos longer, you can move them to FLEETA Drive:

1. In the Live Event Upload tab, find the video you want to save.
2. Tap the ⋮ (More) button next to the video.
3. Select “Move to FLEETA Drive”.
   

The video will be moved to FLEETA Drive, where it can be stored without a time limit.

How to View Uploaded Videos in Cloud Storage #

You can access uploaded videos through two paths:

From the Camera List

1. Find the dashcam in your camera list.
2. Click the Manage FLEETA Drive button (Wi-Fi camera) /
   Cloud Storage  button (Cloud camera) of the camera card.

From the Cloud Storage Menu

1. Go to the Cloud Storage menu.
2. Select the dashcam you want to view.
   
   (Web Viewer)
   
   (App)

You can also check the storage capacity of each camera from the list.

• After selecting a camera, you can view videos in:
  
• FLEETA Drive tab → for manually uploaded videos
• Live Event Upload tab → for automatically uploaded event videos
