Payment Methods

Billing Cycle

• The first month of the subscription is free of charge.
• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month.

How to Subscribe and Make a Payment #

1. Sign Up / Log In
   • Create an account or log in to your existing FLEETA account.
2. Make a Payment
   • FLEETA offers a single subscription plan that includes full access to all features.
   • Enter the required payment information.
   • Select the number of vehicles you want to manage.
3. Start Using FLEETA!

Important Notes and Things to Know #

Avoid Duplicate Subscriptions (BlackVue App Users)

• If you are currently subscribed to a BlackVue Lite Plan or Smart Plan via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you must cancel those subscriptions before subscribing to FLEETA.
• Failure to cancel may result in double billing, as FLEETA and BlackVue plans are separate services.
• If you need assistance, please contact our support team.

Auto-Renewal

• FLEETA subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel anytime through your FLEETA account dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are not available for partially used periods.

Adding or Removing Dashcams

• You can add or remove vehicles at any time.
• Any fee adjustments will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Payment Failures & Account Suspension

• If payment fails, you will receive a notification by email.
  • You can update your payment method with it.
• The system retries up to 4 times within 7 days.
  • If all attemps fail, the subscription is canceled and access may be suspended.
