How to check connectivity #
1. You will be able to tell connected cameras by colors in the camera view.
2. Your camera icons show cloud connectivity.
Not connected to the cloud
Connected to the cloud (in normal mode)
Connected to the cloud (in parking mode)
Wi-fi hotspot accessed for the cloud connectivity
LTE network stability
Inaccessible camera due to slot shortage.
If you reduce the number of slots, for example by changing your Smart 3 plan to Smart 1, some of the latest registered cameras will become inaccessible as a result. To enable access again, you can upgrade your plan.
