What is Popular Videos? #
Popular Videos is consists of 2 sections, a ranked list of user-shared videos based on likes or views and information section that shows BlackVue Events statistics.
1) Ranked list shows 10 videos per category, updated every hour.
2) BlackVue Events statistics shows different locations when page refreshs and the statistics updates every day.
How to share my videos? #
There is 3 storages currently offers Share to Event Map feature.
Please follow below based on what to share.
1)Share Video files in Live Event Upload
2)Share video files in Cloud storage
3)share video files in SD Card
a) Sharing Video files in Live Event Upload
1.Log in BlackVue App.
2.Select Cameras tab and select your camera.
3.Go to Live Event Upload file list tab.
4.Select sub menu button and select Share to Event Map.
Add hashtags and description(optional)
Select Share to Event Map button.
b) Sharing Video files in Cloud storage
1.Log in BlackVue App.
2.Select Cameras tab and select your camera.
3.Go to Cloud file list tab.
4.Select sub menu button and select Share to Event Map.
5.Add hashtags and description(optional).
6.Select Share to Event Map button.
c) Sharing Video files in SD Card
1.Log in BlackVue App.
2.Select Cameras tab and select your camera.
3.Go to Camera file list tab.
4.Select sub menu button and select Share to Event Map.
5.Add hashtags and description(optional).
6.Select Share to Event Map button.
Can I remove my shared videos from Popular Videos? #
Yes you can remove your shared videos from your shared videos file list immediately. Follow the next steps to remove your shared video from the shared list.
1.Go to Event Map tab.
2.Select My Shared Videos menu on right upper side of the screen.
3.Select remove button right side of the shared video list.
4.Select Remove to finish removing shared video.
How can I see the different location infomation on the Map? #
BlackVue Events statistics shows different locations when page refreshs and the statistics updates every day.
How to play videos shown on the map? #
Just select video to play from the screen and it will show.
