How to convert my camera connection status #
Since the BlackVue Cloud platform is renewed for better UX/UI, The way of changing camera connection status is changed.
Please, check below information to change your Cloud camera to Wi-Fi camera ot your Wi-Fi converted camera to Cloud camera.

How to convert Wi-Fi camera to Cloud ( New cameras ) #
In this case the Wi-Fi Camera can be converted to Cloud connected mode via preview.
(If you want to know more about Preview refers to the Preview manual )
1. When it’s the Wi-Fi camera that has registered to BlackVue Cloud before.
1.1 Get into the Cloud camera preview (connected or disconnected).
1.2 And then Try to convert (switch) the connection toggle button from Cloud to Wi-Fi.
1.3 After tapping the “join” button to connect your camera to Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi converted preview will be shown.
1.4 From this preview, you can also go back to the Cloud preview again by tapping the connection toggle button from Wi-Fi converted to Cloud.
1.5 And the modal pop-up will be shown to check “if you want to cut the Wi-Fi connection, going to the Cloud preview”.
1.6 Waiting for 1-2 minutes.( based of the internet connection setting of ccloud camera, it may take time or show the disconnected cloud camera preview )
2. When Wi-Fi camera ,that hasn’t been registered to BlackVue Cloud yet.
If your Wi-Fi camera didn’t have previous experience to register to BlackVue Cloud.
The Cloud connection requiring pop-up will be shown
, when you try to tap the toggle button of Wi-Fi camera.
You can connect your camera by tapping the ‘Connect to Cloud’ Button.
How to convert Cloud camera to Wi-Fi ( New cameras )
Tap the Cloud camera in the camera list, then tap the toggle bar which is located at the top of its preview.
And then the modal asking you to connect your camera to Wi-Fi.
Tapping “Join with your camera” will lead to the Wi-Fi connected camera’s Preview.
When you failed to convert Cloud camera to Wi-Fi ( New cameras )
If you’re failed to connect your camera with Wi-Fi. Check below conditions.
How to convert Cloud camera to Wi-Fi for models before the X plus series #
1. Tap the Cloud camera in the camera list, then tap “Connect to camera Wi-Fi.”
2. The camera asks you to connect your camera to Wi-Fi. Tap the Join button.
3.Camera is connected to the Wi-Fi and shows SD Card video files.
