Fatigue Risk Alert (DR770X Box Pro Only)

What’s Fatigue Risk Alert? #

Fatigue Risk Alert is a feature that provides a dashcam voice alert and sends push or email notifications if the driving time exceeds the set duration.

This helps you manage driving time effectively.

How to set up #

1. Tap the ‘Notification’ button on the Camera list.

 2. Tap the ‘Settings’ button.

3. Select Notification type.

4. Switch ‘Fatigue Risk Alert’ to On.

(If you want to adjust the Set Time. The default time is 2 hours and 15 minutes) 5. Tap ‘Set Time’

※ The times for Push and Email are synchronized.

6. Set the Time when you want to receive the alert and notification. And tap ‘Apply.’

How it works – Driving Time Recording and Reset #

  • When driving begins, the driving time is recorded.
  • Entering Parking mode is recognized as taking a break, which resets the driving time.
    • If parking mode is not activated, the time will continue to be recorded as driving time even when you are not driving.
  • The driving time will also be reset when the dashcam is turned off or when the Set Time is changed.

How it works – Dashcam Voice Alert #

If the Set Time is exceeded, the dashcam will provide a voice alert saying ‘Driving time exceeded. Please take a break.’

The voice alert cannot be turned on or off independently; to disable it, you must turn off the Fatigue Risk Alert feature itself.

How it works – Sending Notification #

(APP)

  • If the driving time exceeds the Set Time, a notification will be sent according to the settings.
  • The dashcam must be connected to the Cloud to send notifications.
  • The notification will not be sent if it is not connected to the Cloud.
    • Once the dashcam reconnects to the Cloud, it will determine if the limit was exceeded and send the notification.
